Miles Calculator, developed and operated by Debit Baba Limited (hereinafter “we” or “us”), is a free, ad-free application designed to help users calculate the percentage of cashback from mileage redemptions. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Ordinance (Cap. 593). We implement the following measures to protect your personal data:
- Using HTTPS protocol to encrypt data transmission.
- Storing passwords encrypted with bcrypt.
- Implementing rate limiting (3 requests per IP per minute) to prevent abuse.
- Conducting regular server security audits, with data stored on Cloudways servers in Hong Kong, in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
